1. Digital Goods Non-Refundable Nature
At IQ Standard, we provide an immediate digital service and deliverable. Upon completion of payment, our algorithms instantly calculate your cognitive profile and generate your personalized digital certificate.
Because this is a digital asset that is consumed immediately upon generation, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following rare circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a system error prevents your certificate from being generated after a successful payment, and our support team is unable to manually generate or recover your results within 3 business days.
- Duplicate Charges: If a billing error results in you being charged multiple times for the same assessment session.
3. Requesting Support
If you experience a technical failure or duplicate charge, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID and the email address used during checkout. We will investigate the issue and process a refund if the criteria are met.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We log IP addresses, timestamps, and test completion states for all generated certificates. If an illegitimate chargeback or dispute is filed with your bank or credit card company after you have successfully viewed or downloaded your certificate, we will provide this usage data to the payment processor to contest the dispute.
